Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns and Exchanges can be made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase
• Must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached (for change of mind)
• For exchange transaction involving higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. No refund shall be made for any price difference.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items
• Any customizations like laser printing done outside Aquaflask
• Any mishandling scenarios such as dents and scratches

• Must present proof of purchase or order waybill
• We shall follow respective stores’ process and policy.
