Handling Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping (Canada Post or equivalent):

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress online.

International Shipping
Currently, AquaFlask.ca ships exclusively within Canada. We are working diligently to expand our shipping services and plan to offer international shipping options in the near future.
Import Duties and Taxes
For international shipments (once available), the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are separate from the product and shipping costs and are the recipient's responsibility.
