Warranty

Coverage Duration:
AquaFlask provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidents

  • Misuse

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Dents, scratches, or any damage caused by improper handling or storage

  • lid/cap damage

Proof of Purchase:
Retain your original receipt, as it is essential for initiating a warranty claim.

Claim Process:
If you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:

  1. Contact AquaFlask's customer service at sales@aquaflask.ca

  2. Provide necessary information, which may include photographs or a detailed description of the issue, to assist in assessing the claim.

Repair or Replacement:
AquaFlask will, at their discretion, replace the defective product. The decision will be based on the nature of the defect and the availability of parts. The repaired or replacement product will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty.

Return Shipping:
If a warranty claim is approved, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Follow the instructions provided by the customer service department for the return process.

Limitations:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • It is applicable within the country of purchase.

Governing Law:
This warranty statement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the AquaFlask product was purchased.
